It was enticing, at first, the intrigue was there, it kept my interest strong. But all of that began to crumble after the first few episodes. There was a lot of filler and dragging out, and that dragged the show down. Some people may have their justifications for that, reasons that make sense to them and make them like the show, even more, whatever. I am not one of those people. Once the crumbling began to happen, I was just watching week after week so I'd know how it ends. The realization of that didn't register until later on. But while the initial enthrallment that made me subconsciously very excited for what was to come, when I watched the first episode, and the couple after that, had faded, I was still entertained by the remainder of the show, just nowhere near to that first-hand, inimitable sense of enjoyment. At the same time, I'm somewhat glad that it is over, and I mean the first season, "the show", at this point. There could still be more, that adds to "the show." There was a slight feeling of weariness and boredom that wasn't necessarily that as well as this feeling that I had to almost force myself to continue watching that began to emerge, and that is where this subtle sense of relief has come from. But by no means did I dislike the show. There were just moments that made my interest fluctuate back and forth to the point where it became unrecognizable, and perhaps not interest, anymore, at least not the initial interest that I had, well, that's the way I see it. My subconscious may be influencing me to think that's how I feel and see things regarding this show, and that's incorrect, who knows. I, for one, wouldn't know anything about that sort of thing.
