YING YEUNG's corpse is discovered and KWAI .TUNG is very sad.
The police requests ZHENG to assist the investigation. YI is afraid that ZHENG will admit what they have done. She goes to ask for YIN's help. However she dares not to tell him the fact. YIN realizes that they are hiding something from him.
KWAI TUNG suspects FUNG and FUNG is questioned by the police.
ZHENG is afraid that FUNG will tell the police that he is the killer. Therefore he goes to steal the evidence but he is discovered by FUNG.
FUNG masters ZHENG and he dismisses JIANG. He always backbites YIN, widening the gap between YIN and ZHENG. Finally YIN decides to break up with ZHENG as they are unable to compromise in some investment projects.
