Arriving in the 1960s, Penny meets rock star Ed Banger, who is the exact double of T-Shirt. T-Bag mistakes Ed for T-Shirt and it's not long before chaos ensues..

Penny arrives in Switzerland where she allies herself with Wilma Tell, a sharp witted advocate for the Chocolate Liberation Front, out to liberate all chocolate from the selfish King Guzzler, who places a price on Tell's head. When Guzzler breaks a tooth, T-Bag and T-Shirt pose as dentists, eager to search him for the next sunstone...

When reading up on her ancestor Kit Bag, T-Bag learns of her expedition to the fabled lost temple of Montezuma, and of how she mysteriously vanished hunting for the treasured sunstones. Investigating the legend, T-Bag and T-Shirt explore the vast African jungle, and meet absent-minded explorer Diggory Hunt and his daughter Penny. All four of them reach the temple, where T-Bag plots to harness the power of the sunstones, but Diggory scatters them across time and space, and charges his daughter to find them...

Learning of T-Bag's plan to use the T-Set's enchanted silver spoons to harness the power of a celestial event for her own nefarious purposes, Sally, the High-Tea and T-Shirt attempt to thwart her, and end up scattering the spoons across the T-Set's various T-Junctions. Sally is charged with finding the spoons before T-Bag can...

In the wild west, Doc Leaf, a traveling salesman, is trying to convince Hotel owner Dorabella to try his latest herbal remedy, but she is not impressed. Holly arrives and asks Leaf if he has seen a crystal, but Doc tricks her and swaps his identical snakeskin bag with hers. T-Shirt once again leaves T-Bag and takes a similar bag with him to the west. It's not long before all the bags get mixed up and the race is on to find the correct one with all of the crystals...

A powerful French Queen is constantly having her jewelery taken by masked robber The Scarlet Pimp. Seeking help in snaring the Pimp, she recruits T-Bag and T-Shirt and promises them a crystal as a reward. Holly is mistaken for an accomplice of the Pimp and is locked up...

Holly and journalist Scoop Shuttleworth explore a vast pyramid and discover the next crystal within it, only for a menacing mummy to claim it. T-Bag finds herself seeing double when she is confronted by the Queen of the Nile...

In search of the next crystal, Holly journeys to a monastery and meets Botanist Daisy Digwell, who is searching for a rare plant. T-Bag visits the monastery herself and plots a trap for Holly, and learns of a powerful Yeti patrolling the area, but what is it's secret?

T-Shirt is once again abducted by T-Bag, who has now set up shop inside a television set. Her plan this time is to transmit a hypnotic frequency over her new t.v station "Hi-TV" and brainwash the human race into singing her praises, but when her system shortens out, she seeks out advise from kindly Professor Sparkes, who informs her she needs a booster. Realizing T-Bag's intentions aren't noble, Sparkes tortures her with a jammer powered by indestructible crystals, but T-Bag is able to get the upper hand and scatters the crystals amongst the T.V Set's upcoming range of television shows. She hypnotists Sparkes into creating her needed power booster. Determined to thwart T-Bag, T-Shirt is able to recruit t.v reporter Holly Anna Jones and assigns her the task of finding them before he too is enslaved by T-Bag's dark magic. Armed with one of the crystals, Holly must find the remainder in order to restore the Jammer and destroy T-Bag...

Debbie is befriended by Nikdit, who betrays her and steals her golden bells. He presents them to his master, who is obsessed with food. T-Shirt leaves T-Bag after she strips him of his powers and meets Nikdt, and the two scheme to rob Nikdt's master....

Debbie discovers that the crown of the soon-to-be-coronated Prince Ivan carries a golden bell...worse still, she discovers Ivan is the exact double of T-Shirt. T-Bag mistakes the obnoxious Ivan for T-Shirt and takes him back to the T-Room, whilst the real T-Shirt is manipulated by the evil Count Boris as part of his nefarious scheme to take over his kingdom via an abdication, but that depends on T-Shirt being successfully coronated as King...

T-Bag takes up residence in a music box, using a new High-T plant to enhance her powers. When the cheerful Major Happy decides to play her a special tune using his Glockenspiel, T-Bag is nearly destroyed. in anger, she steals the Glockenspiel and scatters it's golden bells throughout the land. Debbie sets out on a quest to find them so Happy can use their power to vanquish T-Bag from the music box...

When T-Bag strips T-Shirt of his powers, it falls to traveling entertaining Charlie Chuckles to teach him how to do a few fun magic tricks. Debbie encounters a depressed King who carries the number nine as a lucky charm. T-Bag demands to be entertained by the King and in desperation, the King asks Charlie Chuckles for help, but he refuses, insisting the King has not paid for any show before, but then the King promises him the number nine...

Debbie is mistaken for a singer by radio pirate jockey Long John Sylvia and her assistant Jack and is recruited to sing for their radio station. The station soon catches the attention of T-Bag, who tries out her own voice on the airwaves, with disastrous results...

Debbie is cohered into having her hair cut by Ali Barber, a down-on-his-luck barber in desperate need of customers. As payment for the trim, he takes all of the silver numbers Debbie has collected thus far, which are in turn taken by a powerful Sultan. Meanwhile, T-Bag runs into hair problems all of her own and takes her fury out on The Sultan...

As Debbie is aided by Bunty Badshot in searching for the number three, T-Bag targets Bunty's reclusive brother Ben, whose cricket bats carry the vital number

Both Debbie and T-Shirt find themselves once again crossing paths with T-Bag, who has now taken residence in a story book. To ensure she cannot be destroyed, T-Bag brings a halt to time. Debbie must now embark on a quest to locate the silver numbers and restore the town clock to working order in order for all the stories in the book to end, and bring about T-Bag's defeat...
