After kissing SHAN gently, WO has got a stomachache and needs to leave at once. SHAN feels very let down by his reaction. WO and YIU go to JOAN’s home, where they learn that her husband killed himself because of what she said and since then she has been filled with guilt and remorse. Her desperate attempt to suppress her true character has finally led to the creation of an imagined personality ANGEL. YIN hypnotizes JOAN to let her have a conversation with ANGEL. JOAN and ANGEL have finally reached an agreement. Realizing that WO keeps changing his attitude towards her, SHAN is so confused. She goes to ask YIU for a hint but YIU refuses to say a word. JOAN calls WO up for help. Having got the call, WO rushes to see JOAN without delay, leaving SHAN all alone. SHAN follows WO and happens to meet HING along the way.
