I've had a tough time with this show. It could have been great had it actually been Iron Man and not Iron Teen because whenever there was something good happening it was almost always destroyed by something teeny and cringe worthy. But I'll factor in that at almost fifty I am clearly not the target audience despite beeing an Iron Man fan.
There are good things here last but not least the animation which I liked a lot. The continous and coherent storyline was interesting, too. Action parts weren't bad either, just remember it's a teen show so there isn't any blood shown. While all this might indicate that this is a good show I was not impressed. The whole set-up is not working. First, the whole story is like an alternate reality version of the Iron Man story. Nothing is the same. The characters are awful. Pepper Potts is an annoying chatterbox. Rodey most of a time is whining about everything and Happy Hogan is basicaly a dumb loaf of meat. And a couple of things I want to add:
Why is everyone always wearing the same clothes? It's animation, wardrobe doesn't cost anything. And ha anybody noticed that Iron Man is at least a foot taller than teenage Tony ?
Most of the episodes could not hold my interest for long, a lot of them just played in the back. I think if you are the right age this is an exciting show but for me it just wasn't.
