😱 There are so any movies and TV series on the classic Charles Dickens novel. All of them are at least good, some versions are even great. This one however is complete BS. As so many people think they have to in this time, they tryed to "woke" up the story, which makes it completely rubbish. The world is neither now and was certainly not at the time the story takes place "woke" as the wannabe world improvers that made up these phantasies think it is. There are stories without black or gay people. Men are physically stronger than women in reality and in the time of Dickens, women had little rights. That is just how the world was then. That is the novel. But congratulations. Of the dozens of movies made on the subject, you are the only ones that managed to mess it up. Wow. A publication to forget. Watch ANY of the other movies and/or TV series instead!
