Jackal (He Xia) and Fox (Bei Jei) want to snare the smart hare and so do the other animals in the warring kingdoms ; although initially the jackal had the hare it let go of it in search of revenge ; when the fox reconnects with the hare it shows love & loyaly but only for hare to constantly escape .

Despite the tactical knowledge ingrained in the hare it make lot of stupid decisions like sacrificing for Jackal and then for Fox and then leaving the Hare because she thinks it would free its .. if the hare was little more selfish to its heart and not the brain this show would have finished in 30 episodes.

I really hated the decisions Ping Ting made and her accomplices for enabling her [spoiler] seperate the couple[/spoiler] but i loved every-time they reconnected ; Bei Jie was such a loyal soul he is fierce but loving unforgiving but caring ; on the contrast He Xia turns to an absolute monster that [spoiler] forced his wife to kill herself along with the child as she struggled between duty and love [/spoiler] but at-least he learnt the meaning of love at the end.

Some of the well acted support cast that stood-up my hair , made them hate & their overaction. All in all this could have been a wonderful show but the bad-cgi ; almost every background like rain , snow , mountains , grassland in the show is CGI quite deliberately done since AngelaBaby was pregnant IRL ...

Unpopular opinion No.12 should have been concubine ; she picked up the pieces PT broke and made BJ anew .. loved her red dress in final fight. She also know when to stop obsession or love when its not reciprocated.

The page boy beside He Xia annoyed me most he was too loyal and an enabler for his lord ....

I would skip episode 45-55 ; total waste of time with [spoiler] seperation and timeskip the essentials makes Xia a conqueror .. if only PT didn't make BJ spare him for the nth time [/spoiler]
