Season 1: This series gathers some superstars from the KPop scene to try their talents as actors. Written by another KPop idol the story tells the story of 6 teens who dream high to overcome the obstacles between them and a career on stage. I followed the music to this series but was delighted to find Kim Soo-hyun in one of his early acting roles. This is a good watch. I give the series a 7 (good) out of 10.

Better OST, better actors, better story than the first season. I loved it.

FOR SEASON ONE! This is a really solid show with characters you'll fall in love with. I loved Hye-mi from the get go and while I wasn't a fan of the finale episode it gave us plenty of moments along the way. I loved the Pil-suk and Jason match up as well as the difficulties they had along the way. I'd have liked to see Jin-guk more consistent through out and not just in the background at times. Really the end was a downer for me - I never realized there was a secret question who K was and I really didn't care! It was obvious it was going to be Sam Dong as he's the lead and Hye-mi never had that dream, not really. The plotting was a little loose but my favorite episodes were when it was tightened up around an aspect the kids had to learn about music.

Season 1: The drama started off mostly alright for the first 3 episodes or so, but once they confined everything into the school settings, problems started to seep from every corner. Imagine all of the school related tired tropes and cliches amplified by cringe to create the cheesiest abomination. J More
