Watched this after dropping duolou and i never regretted the decision.... This is easily much better appropriate than watching the live-action drama whether it be the story , voice , characters and the animantion.

My only grievance is Xaio Wu and other female leads in Shrek 7 always need to be save by the males while the villainies despite their flaws were really strong in mind , objectives and the path to power.

I liked Bibi Dong a bit initially ; her path to become a villain is pitiful [spoiler] she is basically abandoned by childhood and r**ped by her teacher and gave birth to a daughter she could only hate [/spoiler] no matter she became the oppresser that she suffered from.

Her both daughters [spoiler] Hu Lie Na (adopted) & Qian Ren Xue (biological) [/spoiler] were both raised wrong by her & the grandpa who watched & done nothing to all injustice ; the hyporcicy of angel sect.

while Tang San is most likeable character he is also frustrating the oblivious he was to his power especially the hammer in second part is baffling its like he made a contract to not use it until he is defeated & deplted atleast twice ...
