[Amazon] Although it starts out as a different approach to the feeling of grief, it ends up being a mix of predictable family dramas. Closer to "This is us" (2016-2022) than "After life" (2019-2022), it explores the characters through flashbacks that reveal the shortcomings of their personal relationships. But it's too determined to look for the sentimental touch, confusing being optimistic with being sappy.
