Anthony and John corral help from a treasured third-grade teacher's students, colleagues, friends and family to surprise this one-of-a-kind educator whose commitment to her work far exceeds the norm. Rosalis dedicates all her energy to her students, even inviting her overachieving class to her house every year. With the recent addition of their baby daughter, Rosalis and her husband have outgrown their already cramped house. Their only bedroom became the nursery forcing them to set up a makeshift bedroom for themselves in the dining room. Now, the whole community pitches in starting with a completely overhauled kitchen that opens to new a dining area, transforming the old dining room into a proper master bedroom and with an entire living room makeover including a custom feature wall created by her students.

Her condition has drained her and her husband's resources preventing them from fixing the serious issues that threaten their first home together. So the Cousins corral help from her co-workers, family and friends to surprise her with an entire first floor overhaul. They completely redo her outdated, dysfunctional kitchen with all new appliances, cabinets and floors, they turn her empty dining room into a refined, traditional space with a coffered ceiling and pocket doors and they transform her drab, dangerous patio into a safe and inviting entryway and spot for relaxation.

So the Cousins recruit Ellen DeGeneres to surprise the Littles with a life-changing home renovation including an indoor spa and hot tub to soothe his aches and pains, a bedroom/bathroom overhaul specifically designed to make his life easier and a living room rec area for entertaining his military buddies complete with a custom shuffleboard.

Anthony and John have already begun an undercover overhaul of their home and recruited the entire town to help. The Wendl's house is seventy years old and while it's filled with flourishes of their personal, vintage style, it's needs a lot of work. Sam Wendl's military service overseas prevented him from having the chance to repair what the house sorely needs much less to create the home in their image. Friends, family and all the whole town pitch in to completely rebuild the exterior, remake entire first floor and give them a backyard to perfectly fit their lifestyle.

Earl dedicates every moment of his free time to the students from low income areas, many of who don't have strong role models. So his entire community joins the Cousins to give back to Earl with the surprise of his life.

While eleven-year-old Johnny Volpe is away for three days on a beach trip, the Cousins go undercover and join together with the entire community who loves and appreciates him to give Johnny and his family a major renovation throughout their entire first floor including their living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. To accomplish all this in such a short timeframe, Anthony and John will rely on all hands on deck to give Johnny an amazing surprise which will not only restore the home's integrity but will become a place better suited for coordinating the family's many volunteer events raising money for cancer research and furthering Johnny's love of cooking.

In addition to some major curb appeal, they'll build a true wrestling gym to enable him to continue his work with kids, a massive deck to add to the sense of community he cherishes and an overhaul to his living room finally give him a great place to be able to relax with his family. It's a lot to pull off in only three days but with the help from Bob's whole neighborhood, Anthony and John will give him an emotionally-charged surprise he'll remember forever.
