Omid Iranikhah
Multitalented writer/actor/director Omid Iranikhah began writing screenplays at the tender age of 11 after facing difficulty landing roles as a child actor. His accomplishments in the relatively short period that followed include selling two short screenplays, working as a freelance script reader, and getting hired to write screenplays for a number of independent production companies. Through his work, Omid hopes to bring the Iranian culture to the mainstream while also telling deeply personal stories. Despite the oftentimes dark nature of his films and performances, the people he has worked with over the years have nothing but pleasant words to say about his work ethic and personality, calling him incredibly friendly and soft-spoken.
