Graham Ludlow

Producer

As a screenwriter, Ludlow’s adaptation of Jack London's THE CALL OF THE WILD, which starred Rutger Hauer and was narrated by Richard Dreyfuss, received critical acclaim. He scripted the 2008 Lifetime TV movie STORM CELL, which starred Mimi Rogers. He adapted the Canadian novel TRACING IRIS, which became Movie Central’s THE RIVERBANK, starring Kari Matchett. He also adapted the novel NAKED DRAGON, which was released as an independent feature. Ludlow is perhaps better known as a producer. He produced the Lions Gate/WWE Films feature THE CONDEMNED by Rob Hedden (CLOCKSTOPPERS). The film starred “Stone Cold” Steve Austin and Vinnie Jones and was released in May of 2007. He has – at one time or another – set up features at nearly every Hollywood studio, including Disney, DreamWorks, Universal and Fox. In television, he produced the highly rated CBS television movie ANYA’S BELL (winner of the Schepens Eye Research Institute's Vision Award and nominated for a Humanitas Award), which starred Della Reese. He was an Executive Producer of the Lifetime/CTV television movie – EIGHT DAYS TO LIVE, starring Kelly Rowan (THE O.C.). EIGHT DAYS TO LIVE was the most-watched TV movie in Canadian history and was nominated for a Gemini Award for Best TV Movie. He was also an Executive Producer of the second most-watched TV movie in Canadian history - IN GOD’S COUNTRY for Lifetime/CTV (starring Kelly Rowan). IN GOD’S COUNTRY was also nominated for a Gemini Award for Best TV Movie, and won the 2008 CFTPA Indie Award for Best TV Movie. Ludlow Executive Produced the Lifetime/CTV television movie SHE DRIVES ME CRAZY starring Melinda Clarke, and the CTV television movie THE GOOD TIMES ARE KILLING ME, starring Rupert Graves and Kelly Rowan. Both movies were also nominated for Gemini Awards, but it was SHE DRIVES ME CRAZY that won the 2010 Gemini Award for Best TV Movie. Ludlow and Rowan then produced a pilot called TANGLED for the CBC, which was directed by Bronwen Hughes and starred Sarah Wayne Callies. He was also an Executive Producer of Movie Central’s THE RIVERBANK, an Executive Producer of the Shaw/Slice reality TV series CHILD STAR, and producer of the independent feature film NAKED DRAGON. Ludlow was born in England, but grew up in Vancouver, B.C. and currently resides in Los Angeles. He joined Frantic Films as their Senior Development Consultant (in 2014) and was the Supervising Producer of BARONESS VON SKETCH SHOW for CBC and IFC. In 2021, Incendo appointed Ludlow to the role of production and development executive, Canada. Some of the titles he has produced at Incendo include Terror Train (2022), Marry F*** Kill (2022) and The Amityville Curse (2023). He is also an Executive Producer of the series Clean Sweep.
