Billy Yeager has written and recorded over 2600 musical compositions, he was discovered by Grammy Award Winner Bruce Hornsby in 1991 and signed to a development deal with Capitol Records. Yeager has recorded with jazz greats Ira Sullivan and Jaco Pastorius who considered Billy one of the greatest guitarist's he ever performed with. In 1983 Yeager recorded a jam session with Jaco and then went to jam live at a pub in Deerfield Beach Florida. The performance was filmed and is being auctioned. Billy Yeager's life story was made into a movie called "Jimmy's Story", it is considered an underground cult classic documentary, scenes are featured in the film "Billy Yeager The Ineffable Enigma". Yeager's next film was called "A Perfect Song" which he wrote, produced, directed and acted in the film and also composed all the music. He completed the film without any prior knowledge of filmmaking or had never even read a book about it. The film was made with no money and Yeager shaved his head and gained 35 pounds for the lead role, also plating the role of Lloyd's brother which Yeager filmed before he shaved his head. Yeager won best actor at the Delray Beach Film Festival in 2002. Yeager began painting with the infamous Florida Highwaymen and filmed a documentary with them. Yeager is the only person to ever paint with the original Highwaymen "Castro" Livingston Roberts". Subsequently Yeager's art is now collectable folk art because of the recognition of his films, music and humanitarian projects. Billy and his wife Anais met in 2005 and spent the next 7 years making their film "Jesus of Malibu" which is a 12-hour 3 part film trilogy. The Yeager's were featured in the International news promoting their film that was written, produced, directed and acted, all music composed by husband and wife and the film was completed with no financial backing and not even a one person film crew. The only film in the history of cinema to ever have been created in this fashion. The Yeager's were contacted by production company Maltese Productions who wanted to produce the film documentary called "The Film that Changed the World". The Film That Changed The World won "Most Inspirational Movie" Award at the Red Dirt International Film Festival in 2015, scenes from the movie are featured in the film "Billy Yeager The Ineffable Enigma". The Yeager's continue to pursue the concept of using art to change the world. Their mission is to "helps those who cannot help themselves" through their "Mindys Wish Charity Foundation".
