High school girls Kotori Morino, Azumi Hattori, and Madoka Hino secretly fight against the evil society Satanzola as the Sailor Cats, messengers of justice. One day, Azumi is talking about a hand mirror she inherited when they are attacked by a Satan Zora fighter aiming for the mirror. A mysterious black hole appears, and the three are sucked into it, waking up in the Sengoku period. Confused by the time slip, they hear a child scream and save them from ninjas using high-tech weapons. The ninjas turn out to be retainers of Tokugawa Ieyasu, who is on a historical journey. The Sailor Cats decide to escort Ieyasu to Mikawa, fighting off Koga ninjas along the way.
