Vanishing on 7th Street

All these low ratings scared me, although now after watching it, the journey through the film itself was amazing. Super fun, eery etc. I'm guessing it's just the ending people didn't like. If you don't like films with open endings to be interpreted by each person individually, then don't watch this. Otherwise, check it out. I actually enjoyed this. My favourite explanation is that this entire film is about the rapture. Open-ended is important because no one really knows what happens, although there's evidence that some souls are left on Earth. Also the reason animals are still alive is due to the belief that animals don't have souls, hence why you see horses, poodles etc in the film. Easily a 7/10 for me. Would be an 8 if they at least explained why this day was chosen and not any other. Definitely worth a watch though!
