Seoul Station is awesome!
Train to Busan is great!
Peninsula is just garbage!
Very disappointed with this, out of sync with the prequels in pace and style, bloated with horrible CGI.

Like when you go to your favorite steak restaurant only to find out it was converted into a Burger Queen.

Everything that made Train to Busan original was processed into cheap American melodrama. The last 10 minutes made me a little sick to my stomach, if I'm being honest, and not in a good way.

A poor sequel to the Busan movie, which was an absolute masterpiece. Too dark and what's up with all that running in slomo?

Oof, dark scenes and shitty cgi do NOT match haha. What a trainwreck, I’ll just try to forget this even exists and just remember the first movie.

IT'S. SO. DARK. Literally! cause the zombie chase scenes are completely CG this movie is so under-lit dark (they had to match the other scenes with similar brightness) it hurts my eyes to see it for 2 hours. As for the movie itself, i would say it's so mediocre it didn't struck me enough to label it light or dark, it's just one of those grabs movies. Lnow what to expect and you might actually enjoy it a little more.

Definitely not as emotionally effective as the first film. **Much more action oriented than horror.** Still somewhat enjoyable. The overuse of slow motion sequences filled with dramatic music attempt to emphasize the tragedy and the scenes just fall flat.

Train to Busan was a pretty good zombie film but this adds nothing to it. It's not awful but there is nothing special of note, and in the end feels rather generic. I miss the days when zombie movies were scary.

Utter letdown.
Zombie/post apocalypitc is my favourite genre and Train to Busan might be my favourite zombie movie of all.
This has no resemblance to that movie.
Story was boring and made no sense. Woeful CGI (they had to CGI a car doing drifts?)
Terrible characters.
What were they thinking when they decided this should be the sequel?

An absolute utter disappointment. I was so hyped for this movie because Train to Busan is in my opinion a 10/10 zombie movie but this is just utter shit. If you want more korean zombies after Busan just watch #Alive (which is okay) or the show Kingdom (fucking amazing). Skip this one.

The CG in this is fucking abysmal.

[Sitges] The film bears the weight of being the sequel to a first movie that had a lot of tension. Neither is too deep, but this one tries to outline a more pessimistic reading of the human race as a predator. However, the opening of the space (a city) and the expansion of CGI and zombies cannot avoid a soporific narrative, full of clichés and video game aesthetics that place it well below the previous one. And the use of children in Korean commercial cinema to provoke emotions is unbearable.
