Extraordinary. The main character is magnificently portrayed. Each tenant's individual story is interesting to follow and the intrigue becomes better and better as they all become tangled together. Constant humor, a great balance between mystery, comedy and horror, superb camera work, great acting, filming and editing, beautiful music, great finale. This is a masterpiece.
