A good scene here and there, and solid performances from the two leads can't save this snail pace of a movie that drudges on. I wanted to like this, I wanted this to be epic, but I found myself twiddling my thumbs scene after scene. Great movie to fall asleep to and hopefully you wake up for the last 25 minutes.

The Return (2024) - ❤x7 Very good! I'm pretty sure I've seen other iterations of this part of The Odyssey storyline before and am sure this one is better than those. The performances were solid and the dialogue felt like it might have tried to emulate some of the poetic structure of The Odyssey. And - WOW - Fiennes is leaner and more ripped than almost all the other actors who are 30 yrs younger How I rate: 1-3 ❤ = seriously! don't waste your time 4-6 ❤ = you may or may not enjoy this 7-8 ❤ = I expect you will like this too 9-10 ❤ = movies and TV shows I really love!

Was good, but the ending just like that? Gave it a 2 based on that.....someone want to explain that to me? I didn't get it....
