So, this is a documentary that shows how parenthood affects the life of touring punk rockers, and we get some pretty big names here.
I've personally never been a big fan of punk, be it the music or the scene itself - I'm too metal for that - yet this doc does what any good documentary must do: be able to interest someone regardless of their link to the subject matter.
For the most part, we follow the story of Pennywise frontman, Jim Lindberg, and the other fathers pingpong in and out. I felt Tony Hawk was a bit out of place here. I'm a skater, so I liked seeing him, but I never think of him as a punk.
I liked the honesty within this, and there were even moments when I got choked up listening to how terrible of a childhood some of these guys had or how their dad was pure garbage. Hit me right in the feels.
This is a good watch for anyone, but particularly if you're into '90s-era punk.
