After Dirty Harry had to take on a psychopathic serial killer in the first installment of the franchise and corrupt cops in the second part, this time he has to face his worst nightmare: women in uniform. More specifically, he gets a new partner (Tyne Daly) at his side, who initially fulfills pretty much every cliché about female police officers that probably existed in the 1970s. Even though she undergoes a transformation, the character's arc is obviously very dated. Overall, however, the movie is thoroughly entertaining. At the very least, there are a few enjoyable action sequences, and Clint Eastwood continues to shine in his signature role. Perhaps “The Enforcer” isn't a particularly innovative movie, but it's certainly enough for a fun 90 minutes.

Probably the worst of all the Dirty Harry movies.

The only interesting and innovative point in this one is that we have a woman as Harry's partner. Eastwood keeps nailing his role but that's about it.

A foreseeable plot with quite a mediocre development.

Not as enjoyable as the first two, but 'The Enforcer' still entertains.
