For centuries and across cultures, parents have warned their children of the legendary Bagman, who snatches innocent children and stuffs them into his vile, rotting bag—never to be seen again. Patrick McKee narrowly escaped such an encounter as a boy, which left him with lasting scars throughout his adulthood. Now, Patrick’s childhood tormentor has returned, threatening the safety of his wife Karina and son Jake.

Secure the bag sis… no seriously, hurry up and secure the damn bag already! I would say this more on the teen horror side, seeing as when something scary is about to happen, you don’t see anything or nothing actually happens. I was rooting for the bagman at one point so he could stop that kid with the annoying whistle. A sound the viewers don’t need to be tortured with. Anyways, very average and forgettable

Put this one back in the bag, man. The 2024 Sack of Shit trilogy is now complete with *Bag of Lies*, *Baghead* and now *Bagman*. They're all equally bad honestly but this one gets an extra kick in the stomach because it actually got a theater release (can you imagine). It's incredibly generic, doesn't know how to build tension, cheap thrills, the characters are boring and the entity is laughably lame. The puppet looks creepy though, anytime someone enters a bag it's pretty cool and the lore was kinda maybe interesting but underdevelopped. Nice big exposition dump and crocodile tears to top it all off.
