This would be one of the better movies in the "high school friends reunite for the first time in years" genre. What really stood out in this movie wasn't the script or performances (although you could see Amy Adams future stardom on display). I think what really won me over was the feeling that I wanted to be part of their group on this weekend. Funny little film that doesn't really go anywhere. More of a snapshot of people's lives type deal. Few unlikeable male characters and pointless bits for sure. But always good to see Lauren German kissing girls ;) , especially when it's Amy Adams. Forever a fangirl of hers. Nice to see the lady gay get a happy ending too!
