Speed is one of those movies that’s just pure adrenaline from start to finish. Directed by Jan de Bont and starring Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock, it’s a high-energy action film that knows exactly what it wants to be and delivers on every front. The concept is as intense as it gets, and the execution keeps you on the edge of your seat the whole way through.

Keanu Reeves is solid as Jack Traven, the quick-thinking LAPD officer, and Sandra Bullock’s charm as Annie brings some heart and humor to the chaos.
