There are b-movies that, given the right amount of time, can become a cult. Not this one. This is pure cringe. Every single frame, every single line of this movie, is an intoxicating essence of cringe.

.Wow! So bad. Even for Asylum this film is bad. Michael Madsen makes no effort and no one else in this film can act. The writing is terrible to the point of hiding much of the bad acting. The special effects are like game fx from 20 years ago. It is bad when the best actor in the film is Michael Madsen's cigar. Not even a good bad film. Just bad, and borring.

If there was a prize for the worst film about sharks I've ever certainly said that the gain was the ball was, but Russia X USA does not serve more these days. Megalodon ended up passing a major character to the coadjuvant. Bad special effects and inversion presents only have made all a great joke. Very bad, sorry! Don't match!
