Teddy wakes up the morning after his wedding to discover that he's jumped forward a year in his life to his first anniversary. Trapped in an endless cycle of time jumps, transported another year ahead every few minutes, he is faced with a race against time as his life crumbles around him.

I think this could have been good. It started very fast you didn't have the time to adjust, everything happened fast. I really didn't undestand all the time when he said how old have i become, how fat, and he was exactly the same! The ending was delivered very nicely.

If you're looking for a movie that is a romantic comedy with a little depth you could do worse than this movie. The premise has been done a zillion times but the chemistry between the leads and the ending elevate this movie to a level that many do not achieve. What a great movie!! On the anniversary of his wedding, Teddy goes through random 1-year jumps ahead in his life, so a few minutes to him is actually an entire year of his life missed. Good twists along the way. It's a simple message that we should all live by: Life is too short - don't waste it. 8.5/10

Have you ever heard that you should have plans for where you'd be each next year? You can easily envision it by watching this movie, If you're into time traveling movies, memento mori and carpe diem, you're in the right place.

'Long Story Short' is a mediocre 90-minute rom-com to waste your time on this Valentine's Day, but don't get too fixated on its muddled message. While the leads are charming and it has a few laughs, I think they needed more time with this one.
