Daniel, after 27 years of addiction to "pasta base" (cocaine paste) and criminal activities in "El Puente," achieved the improbable: He rehabilitated himself. Today, he returns to the same area to help those who still live on the fringes of society: addicts and former companions in consumption, to whom he offers what he calls "the first dose." For a user, it’s another step deeper into addiction; for him, it's an act of humanity.
