I love Korean Dramas but the movies are just so bad. This movie didn't keep my interest, and the ending suuuuuucked.

This just what I needed. I didn’t know they were that progressive.

Fine movie with some life lessons and a lot of nice action. Keep talking to each other. Loved it.

Once upon a time, killers united in "firms" and follow 3 rules of "work": do not kill children, fulfill only contracts issued by the head, and do it without fail. A school of interns with exams, a rating of killers, there is also an agenda, but Netflix did not manage to completely strangle Korea. A drama about samurai and a code of honor has been released with cool action, but ironically related to the genre itself

John Wick with a lighter vibe. Great movie.

Amalgamation of too many motifs. Therefore everything is spread too thin over a way too long duration.
The characters are fine for what they are but the dialogues are weird. Especially between mother and daughter. It comes off as very sterile. No love, no compassion, yet the daughter is an importand story piece in a way - even though that at the end it didn't really matter.
Overall quite bad, not entertaining, rather boring and pointless. Fight scenes were mostly well done, though.
I don't see any kind of "life lessons" you could learn from this, however.

I saw the movie - it blew me away :100:. I thought it would be more of a generic action movie. However, the drama was mostly a very good addition. Different from the other criticisms, I thought that the action was lost a few times, not being able to be constant, I mainly blame the excessive camera movement. As for the story, I respect it for its attempt and effort and not for ambition - in my opinion, it lacked a review. In fact, even in the action I see a clear effort and because of all this I understand that the film is a good learning advance. Not my cup of tea. I do prefer Korean drama to the Americans but this one was too much. Also the end was so bad.

Great plot!, minimal set pieces. Just enough action for this to be classified as an action movie.

This was a fun action movie. It's kind of a mix of John Wick & Downey Jrs Sherlock Holmes. It's got a lot of fun gun, sword, and knife play as well as Bok-soon being able to visualize the outcome of the fight before the fight even starts.

A sharp, stylish assassin story with glistering action and drama 

Kill Boksoon is stylishly shot, smartly written assassin story which may seem repeatable considering the genre, but kudos to the brilliant cinematography, vibrant production design, breathtaking action blocks and solid performances by the entire cast that leaves you stunned by the end of it. The pacing is slow as more time is given to make the mother-daughter relationship organic and relatable, but as soon as action starts you push yourselves to the edge of your seats in excitement. Highlight of the film for me is the captivating camera work and that Jeon Do-yeon is half a century old. Hot Assassin , Lesbian daughter and Men getting killed is the perfect recipe to tempt you watch this.

Took too long to establish how good Kill Boksoon is, took more than half the movie and while doing that also failed to establish a proper job vs mother balance that Boksoon faces. The action scenes were well choreographed and shot. Also some excellent shots and interesting transitions tossed in there too. I know action movies aren't meant for their stories but this was really subpar. The situation with the daughter was oddly handled.

What a disaster movie! It is incredibly dull, with many death moments. Extremely long. There were good fights and songs, but that's all.
