It was everything I was expecting from the _V/H/S/2_ segment with even more neon, Nickelodeon slime, monsties, and post-_The Goonies_/_The Gate_/_Fire in the Sky_/_Stranger Things_ action! :space_invader: Expect a lot of F-bombs and practical effects. It would be cool to see Sam meet up with Sienna (from _Terrifier 2_) within a crossover realm of indie spookers ⚔

Kids vs Aliens - :heart:x5 The title says it all. It plays more like a Nikelodean movie onhly a tad more violent. It's just mostly uninteresting and kids that scream all their dialogue. I hated the Billy character - he's so cliche. The Samantha character was great. It also looks like they set the movie up for a sequel based on the ending - which it really does not deserve. How I rate: 1-3 :heart: = seriously! don't waste your time 4-6 :heart: = you may or may not enjoy this 7-8 :heart: = I expect you will like this too 9-10 :heart: = movies and TV shows I really love!

The beginning was a little cringy but understandable to set up the movie. The middle was a classis B-horror romp and was a great time. The ending felt like it was tacked on.

I wanted to like this more than I did. The kids are good in it but they are short changed with the dialogue and the pacing (even for a movie this short). Eisener’s sleezecore aesthetic doesn’t gel that well initially with the kids on bikes adventure it is going for, which is ok but then it never fully delivers on the sleeze so it gets kind of stuck in the middle. Still enough fun for a watch and recommendation
