Really good look at what led to the GFC and why it could happen again given the lack on change in the industry. For those that are not familiar with the financial sector / trading, watching this and also a movie like 'The Big Short' will truly open your eyes the fraud that has been committed.

This film won Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature in 2011, and tries to reveal how the global financial crisis during 2007-2008 happened . To be honest, I am not familiar with economics and this problem is really difficult for me. However, I was quite interested in this because of its relation with politics since I studied political science a bit. Nowadays, the financial industry has a deep connection with the political world. Besides it, it gets on well with some significant rating firms. Moreover, they also tries to involve even academia. As a result, 1% can earn enormous money in spite of the cost of the vast majority. Because of the system, no one can stop this situation. This happens not only in USA but in many countries. Wow. Holy cow. lol

However, you can feel there's this awkward tension between the informative documentary on the one hand and the angry hit More

A good and clean explanation of how US side of the 2008's global economic crisis was nurtured.

Really well cut and simply explained so everybody can understand it. Also, a good introduction to all the main characters with certain degree of responsibility in the US.

A pity that the POV from the More
