Klaus, a Nazi doctor who used his position as a means to molest young boys, escapes to Spain after the war and returns to his depraved ways. Driven mad by his inability to control his pedophilic urges, Klaus tries to kill himself, but fails and ends up completely incapacitated in an iron lung. When a mysterious teenager named Angelo arrives at his home claiming to be a nurse, Klaus happily hires the boy as his new attendant – a decision he soon regrets.

Yikes, while not a bad movie by any means, it's a very hard movie to watch. I wouldn't watch this unless you're comfortable watching scenes where young boys get non graphically raped and murdered. It's a hard one to sit through but the story isn't bad, especially for being made in 1987.

Disturbing dark movie from the start. It's set in one home and with few characters, yet it does a good job at creating a changing environment and plot. However it still does feel at little slow at times.
