Wayne Szalinski is at it again. But instead of shrinking things, he tries to make a machine that can make things grow. As in the first one, his machine isn't quite accurate. But when he brings Nick & his toddler son Adam to see his invention, the machine unexpectedly starts working. And when Adam comes right up to the machine, he gets zapped along with his stuffed bunny.

A sequel that is quite a step down from the original. It increases Moranis's screen time, but that's all I can say nice about it. It really is a mess and a lot of that blame should go to losing Matt Frewer as the neighbor and most of the kids, and throwing a very adult performance from John Shea in it's place. This tonal displacement and "raising of stakes" doomed the entire proceedings.

Fun sequel that takes a bit of a different route. It's totally a kids movie, and some of the effects are dated, but there's still some pretty impressive effects on display and it's got some cute giant-Monster-movie throwbacks.

Well last time the "Szalinski" (Rick Moranis) science machine managed to reduce their kids to the size of ants, this time round his gadget can make an apple the seize of a Buick! It's basically just a reverse of the first film, but 'Honey, I Blew Up the Kid' still satisfactorily entertains.

It's not as interesting as the original given that one has loads of funny anomalies, whereas this has just the singular difference of a giant baby. As such, events do drag out More
