I was very skeptical when I started this documentary and that was mainly because of the opening. I'm so glad I kept watching because it quickly caught my attention and turned out to be a mind altering experience for me. The stories in this documentary are inspiring. The science behind it understandable, everything is explained so you can actually understand it. It's just a very inspiring and beautiful documentary about how remarkable our bodies truly are. I'd strongly recommend this to anyone really.
