You want to watch a low budget, most boring movie in your life? Than watch Gerry. In the first 10 minutes you are watching the road through a car's dash cam as Affleck and Damon are driving to their destination. Not a word is spoken. Than they get there. They get lost. How they can get lost is beyond me. They are showing a zoomed-in headshot about Affleck and Damon for almost 10 minutes as they are walking next to each other, again, no words are spoken. I've just wasted 1.5 hours from my life watching this friggin nonsense. Please, don't make the same mistake what I did!

>"And then we Gerried off to the animal tracks. We went up the wrong fuckin' mountain." This is very slow. There is hardly any dialogue and when there is, they are bickering with each other and it actually cracked me up a few times. Other than the beautiful scenery, I am not sure I could ever recommend this to someone looking for their mind to be stimulated.

***A total BORE about being lost in the desert, but Worthwhile for a few reasons***

"Gerry" (2002) is a film by Gus Van Sant, the director of "Good Will Hunting" and "Elephant." It stars Matt Damon and Casey Affleck as two friends who get lost in the desert; they spend the entire film just walkin More
