If you are going for a weight loss it takes a lifestyle change. A juicec fast can probably loose you weight fast but its just not sustainable. You have to make sure you can keep a healthy lifestyle after that. Heck, a smoothie fast would probably be even healthier since you get you fibres and its more filling.
