This is a beautiful documentary about a woman named Joyce Carol Vincent. In 2006 she was found dead in her apartment in London. What is most shocking about her death is that she died 2 years earlier in 2003. How can someone be so alone that no one in a city of 8 million people misses her for a complete 2 years?

Even though there was almost no information about her life available the makers of the movie went investigating and put up ads in the newspaper and on the internet. And what they found was astonishing. This woman was not some drug addict, alcoholic, mental patient or stuck-up bitch who no one liked. No she had friends, boyfriends, four sisters and she was beautiful! She was the kind of girl other girls would like to be, and guys wanted to be with her. She had a good job and was well liked. But somehow in the last 2 years of her life that all changed. She became more and more secluded until eventually she had no one in her life and died alone at the age of 38.

It's sad to see that in this day and age there are people living in places so full of people and yet are so alone. This documentary is the story of one of those people.
