This is the movie for every single white male out there to confront their racism. As a woman who's always worked in male dominated fields, the only girl in the room so to speak, there's that moment in the eyes. The conversation that Tom has with his best friend towards the end, "the look in the eyes", they talk about, you guys have it for every minority male and every female you've ever dealt with. That moment you question then, believe just in a glimpse how much better you are in your imaginations.

The only reason the ratings for this movie are all over the place is it's going to be a very hard look in the mirror for almost every single white male I've ever known and probably a lot of the women I grew up with that have never been anything but housewives in white neighborhoods. No one likes to see the ugly in themselves and this movie pulls the wool off the mirror and forces you to gaze at it.

If you are comfortable with you and others, it won't bother you, and you'll rate it higher like I did. But then you are at the point you can consider that every single minority male and every single female in male dominated fields knows that "look in the eye". Self reflection is an opportunity to grow. This movie is it
