This always appears on TV. It's a mindless action film w/ washed-up actors (David Carradine had a long way to go before "Kill Bill".). It's best watched on this TV while you do other activities like check your phone or do laundry. Don't put it on closed captioned; the dialogue & story are too lousy to follow. Hell, I mute the TV if it's just the action scenes, if not commercials.

The Barbarian Brothers in a good cop/bad cop assault on your IQ. It's mindless fun with some pretty bad 90s tropes thrown in.

This is an example of taking a well written script and shredding it, and writing a screenplay as you film the movie. As ridiculous as this film might be, the actors tried their best to make up for it. The twins had the personality to make anything work, but they didn’t have any help. 4-10.
