“Death Rage” is a film that doesn’t quite live up to its intriguing title. Starring Yul Brynner as a retired hitman seeking revenge for his brother’s murder, the movie promises a gritty, action-packed ride but ultimately falls flat.

Brynner delivers a solid performance, bringing his signature intensity to the role. However, the rest of the film lacks the same energy. The plot is predictable, and the pacing drags at times, leaving long stretches of dull moments between action scenes.
