Conspirators of Pleasure

This is a collective pursuit of pleasure, in the sense of a physical orgasm (masturbation) or torture, but exclusively via strange methods that each character obsessively focus on during the movie (like wearing a chicken costume, sniffing bread, building a sexual robot partner, etc..). All characters eventually "switch" activity with another character once reached the orgasm. In one word: each character is a "conspirator" of all pleasures and pervertions. Švankmajer uses the stop motion to describe the main scenes, and this allow us to see them as an "imagination" process, as if the scene is building in the character's mind; and without dialogues, we can only "see" what they are thinking, simply because there are no words that can we use to understand. This is a beatifully crafted movie, a little gem that exploit human perversion, stimulating at their limits 2/5 of the senses of the viewer, incidentally just the ones that count most in the pursuit of pleasure.
