Everyone knows something like this is happening. But this is the only experiment to fully demonstrate what excessive openness on the internet means. The filmmaking couple hired youthful-looking (but over 18) actresses to pretend to be prepubescent girls and communicate with strangers who approached them based on their fake accounts. They attracted dozens of men in the first ten days, then hundreds, and finally thousands...

A heavy documentary, a very delicate subject that is explored in depth here, in the most realistic way possible. It's impossible not to be marked by the film, some scenes show disturbing dialogues and situations. In addition to its impact, the film also leaves us with a reflection on personal safety and exposure on the internet.

It was very hard to watch. I am disgusted. 100 mins of chatting with sick people were very disturbing. However, I was missing psychoanalysis for this kind of people and overall information value. They had a lawyer, sexologist, and some other people from the field on the cast so they could provide some deeper insights. Also, the guy at the end raised a good point. Why do kids do this? Could this be discussed in more detail? Education, parental control, etc...?

[AtlàntidaFF] Although the approach is manipulative and is limited only to the exhibition, to the exposure of the dangers of social networks for minors without supervision, the documentary manages to disturb through the abusers who justify themselves by discharging the responsibility of their own abuse in the victims ("I do not force you to anything"). They are presented as monsters, deformed for practical but also expressive reasons. But the vigilante ending is absurd, it seems more destined to keep the viewer with a clear conscience than to really pose a punishment to the predators.
