Artist Steve Rogers is nearly murdered by spies, seeking his late father's national secrets. He is saved during surgery via a secret formula; this serum not only heals him but also gives him fantastic strength and lightning reflexes. For anyone who knows Captain America from the MCU - please don 't watch this. Superhero movies from this error were truly awful, so even for an enthusiast, this is hard going. The story is poor, the special effects are non-existent, the acting is typical of the period. This really isn't Captain America expect for in name. Avoid.
