Bliss

Very common subject: struggling artist, no inspiration, mix in some (lots of) alcohol and drugs and sex and blood and here comes the masterpiece. The story is definitely not original, the character's life and her binge drinking/snorting partys are quite boring. But the lights and colours work is worth the watch. It's very artistically done at least. Then come the twist: [spoiler]she's becoming a vampire[/spoiler]. But for me that made the whole thing even less original and interesting than the beginning of the story. I mean, the whole [spoiler]creature of the night[/spoiler] here is so cliche. Just an excuse to have some naked/bloody painting scene. Been there, seen that 100 times in one form or another. Gore scenes are ok I guess. Ending's not really original either [spoiler]she'd rather die producing a masterpiece than not create anything, well it's done. Too bad 5+ other people had to die too for that.[/spoiler]
