Not even sure whether they tried to make a B-movie. I'm convinced they wanted to produce some serious Sci-Fi here.

It starts with a memorable zero-gravity strip of a 60's gorgeous female bomb-shell astronaut accompanied by the great title song. In a furry spaceship. Yes, it's that weird. An when I say she's taking off her clothes, I really mean it. When did the global movie and pop mainstream became that prude? (I'm also looking at you Ariane!) Nudity can be aesthetically and natural. Kudos to Jane Fonda. I had no idea she looked that gorgeous and was such a vivid actor. I'm too young. I always thought she was famous for her home fitness tapes but obviosuly she was some sort of an American Brigitte Bardot.

If you like a trash movie you'll be satisfied. It's an eclectic mix of the craziness of an early James Bond, of what feels like an Austin Powers parody, of Star Trek's *The Original Series*, of a 60s Playboy magazine, of an American apparel tights commercial, Ben Hur (bare chested crucifications!), horror movies (it's *The Birds* but with canaries) and *2001 A Space Odyssey*. You will be entertained. Entertained in ways you probably never imagined. Don't even know what the most memorable scene is. I feel that the piano execution machine (death by orgasm) is maybe the most memorable prop though. Followed by a "men's essence" water pipe. By any critics' standards, this is not a good movie. Watch it once, then forget it - if you can. You probably can't.
