The first two movies of the Anaconda franchise were very good. They were both theatrical releases. The third and fourth movies were made for TV and premiered on the Sci-Fi Channel.

This third instalment has all the tell-tale signs of a low budget production. David Hasselhoff is in the cast. Unfortunately, after paying him, they seem to have had limited budget left for the CGI work and it shows. Crystal Allen plays the hot blonde. I have no complaints with this. She's hot. They've added blood and gore into this one, whereas this wasn't used as a plot device in the first two movies. The way this is done cheapens the appearance of the movie a lot. I'm only 30 minutes in, that CGI snake is beginning to piss me off. Looks like they hired the same dude who did CGI work for Lake Placid sequels for this one. 🙄
