This film is based on an interesting premise, and generally does a fair job of presenting a future human dilemma around legislation to regulate the dataization of the human brain. While it suffers in places from poor editing (wide gaps between lines), there are long segments of excellent, fast-paced editing as well. Once I got through the first 30-40 minutes, the flow of story maintained itself. Have patience; it does improve! The cast includes some experienced well-known actors whose performances are fine. I believe the boring sections are less the fault of acting than they are of writing and editing. This is not a cheesy "student film" level scifi movie, as the visual effects are excellent, but a recut would certainly boost its viewability, and definitely would have allowed me to give it a 70% rating.

So much smaller than the questions it raises that it almost seems not worth having been made.

_Final rating:★½: - Boring/disappointing. Avoid where possible._
