This is Bollywood's first ever attempt to create a meta film of this scale and boy this is interesting.

For sure the film is something which is not seen on Indian screens for now and it is totally entertaining. The script is tightly knitted. Anil Kapoor's performance is out of the park. The cinematography is unique, intelligently crafted long shots are not something which is Bollywood is known for nor does the audience have a particular appetite for them, yet they create a long lasting impression on the audience.

Though, there were some scenes which made them unrealistic. Like, when Anil Kapoor goes to find Javed and on stage asks everyone about his home, the audience asks him to dance !!! (lol wut!!?) & then they all starts clapping and dancing among themselves and no one is recording Anil Kapoor dancing. Like is this even possible in this day & age (the No Recording part).

Overall a very successful experimental cinema (we need more such films for the betterment of the Art of the Cinema) and a must must watch.
