I though it was going to be more related to the book of the same title, but still interesting and engaging for all the Stephen Hawking's material enthusiast people. Its more like a documentary of the life of Hawking when he discovered all the things he wrote about on "A Brief History of Time" It is a good movie for people who do not know much of him and want to get started in his books. It also can be a little boring if don't care about cosmology and astrophysics or if you are too visual. The movie is pretty black and have a lot of static photos.

Es muy interesante pero creo que solo para quien esté por lo menos interesado ya que el documental no profundiza sobre la vida de Hawking a un nivel tan personal como para llamar la atención. Pero lo que hace y si logra ser efectivo es en la proyección de recuerdos colectivos por medio de las personas que lo rodearon en los momentos más importantes de su vida sin necesidad de exponerlo. Y ese parece en realidad el objetivo del documental, aunque a estas alturas tampoco es necesario introducirlo. Así que con eso y la presentación de pedacitos de la fascinante información extraída de su libro -A Brief History of Time- se asevera lo suficiente sobre quien es Stephen Hawking como persona y genio. También; la parte técnica es excelente. Para ser un documental la dirección es muy sobresaliente y junto a la banda sonora (también notable) desenvuelven perfectamente la estructura del film.
