Actually, enough with the anti-feminist bullshit.

It feels like this was written by the horniest virgin with the most elementary understanding of women. It seems as though whoever directed this definitely went to film school, learned how to film a movie and then sort of breezes through the parts where you learn to develop characters and their relationships. It portrays itself as an absurdist comedy at times with in-depth analysis of the differences between men and women and on the eternal struggle of having to cope with those differences on a societal level. But then it bulldozes through as if sexism and misogyny had ended somewhere in the middle of watching this movie and we all just never got the memo. To be honest, I wouldn’t care about the lack of political correctness in the movie, if it didn’t feel like the director was trying to make a “groundbreaking” statement.... we should all just be humanists. Lmao. The actors really did save the movie from becoming completely unbearable.
